The creation rates are as follows according to the type of business to be created :

In addition to the fees directly related to the process, the creation of a company in Cameroon requires prerequisites to be met depending on the form of the company to be created.

AN ESTABLISHMENT (Ets) : It is a form of business called individual company, no need for statutes, does not have a legal personality distinct from that of the owner, must be registered at the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM)..

A SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP (LTD) : This is a form of company with a single partner, referred to as a sole proprietor. It functions in the same way as a LLC. It requires the drafting of statutes. The amount of the minimum share capital is fixed at 100,000 FCFA (one hundred thousand CFA francs) and the maximum amount without the need for a notary is 1,000,000 FCFA (one million CFA francs). It must be registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM).

A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LLC):) : this is a form of company with at least two (02) partners. It requires the drafting of statutes. The amount of the minimum share capital is fixed at FCFA 100,000 (one hundred thousand CFA francs) and the maximum amount without the need for a notary is FCFA 1,000,000 (one million CFA francs). It must be registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM).
